A block description filter only shows blocks whose description matches the selected values.

A block's description is the text shown in the first column of the
Blocks pane on the left side of the Oso Memory Profiler
window. For builtin block types this is simply the size of the memory block in question. For user defined
block types this
text can be anything that makes logical groups for blocks of that type.
