The Navigation Pane lies down the left side of the Oso XML Merge window and provides you with a bird's eye view of the current session. You can navigate to any specific part of the open document simply by clicking with the left mouse button anywhere in the Navigation Pane. Alternatively, you can scroll around the document by holding the left mouse button down and moving the mouse. As you can see in the image on the left, each selector in the XML view is visible as a coloured block depending on which input is selected. Selectors where the input hasn't been resolved (conflicts, essentially) are displayed in red.
The currently visible section of the XML view is displayed as a darker box.
